1: Where is your leather sourced from?

Our leather is sourced from slaughter houses in India and Pakistan and processed at the finest tanneries. We go through a rigorous process to select the best hides to make our products.

2: What types of leather do you use?

All our leather is cow hide and buffalo hide. We use high-quality, ethically sourced full-grain, top-grain, and genuine leather depending on the product. Each type is carefully selected for durability, feel, and finish.

3: What is the best kind of leather?
There are primarily four grades of leather:
  • Full-Grain Leather – Uses the top layer of the hide, keeping the natural grain. It’s super durable, develops a beautiful patina over time, and ages like fine wine.
  • Top-Grain Leather – Sanded and smoothed to remove imperfections. It’s thinner and more flexible than full-grain but still high-quality.
  • Genuine Leather – Made from the layers below top-grain. It’s leather, but not premium.
  • Bonded Leather – also known as “leather dust”, Made from leftover scraps and leather dust, held together with glue and polyurethane.

4: Are your products handmade?

Yes, most of our leather products are handmade by skilled artisans to ensure exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.

5: How do I care for my leather item?

We recommend using a leather conditioner every few months and keeping your item away from direct sunlight and moisture. Avoid overloading bags and wallets to preserve their shape.

6: Do you sell to Corporates?

Yes, we offer programs that cater to needs of Corporates but producing mass quantity with customized logo. 7: Are your leather products eco-friendly?

We prioritize sustainability by working with suppliers who follow responsible tanning processes and by minimizing waste through small-batch production.

8: How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Custom or personalized items may take longer (7–14 days). Shipping times vary based on your location.

9: What is your return policy?

We are confident that you will see the value in our products. But if you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a generous 30 day returns policy on unused and undamaged items.

10: Do you ship internationally?
